Customer Service & Demand Management 


Accountable for the implementation and management of the operating and budgetary plans. Assure bespoke, large scale/non-standard solutions can be delivered through technical/service risk review with all delivery agencies (including non VBTS).


Roles in this area include Pre-Sales Project Managers, Technical Assurance Authority’s & Business Planning and Resource Management Specialists/Authority’s.


Customer & Technology Delivery 


Deliver complex programme change for, and to, the satisfaction of Vodafone Business UK customers & internal projects and programmes.


Roles in this area include Senior Programme Managers, Portfolio Managers & Senior Portfolio Managers.



Professional Service Practice


Design, develop, build and test all UK complex customer solutions, including VONE-C, LAN, Wi-Fi and WAN. Project Management services ensure projects & programmes are delivered to cost, time and quality requirements for our enterprise customers.


Roles in this area include Solution Architects, Test and Quality Assurance Authority’s, as well as Project Coordinators, Project Specialists, Project Managers, Programme Managers & PMO. 



Standard Delivery Services


Responsible for the e2e delivery & fulfilment of all standard UK fixed enterprise products & services to support external customer demands. This includes order management, the build & configuration of WAN & Voice orders and cease and soft change requests.


Roles in this area include Order Analysts, Escalation Specialists, Design Engineers, Cease Engineers, Voice Engineers and Operations Managers. 



Business Assurance and Simplification


Responsible for digital transformation & delivery of internal programmes, creating capability within VBTS to deliver IT driven based change and improvements through Agile delivery sprints to support cost reduction/simplicity.


Roles include Process and Governance Specialists, Agile Business Analysts/ Business Change, Data Analysts & Data Scientists. 



Automation & Analytics 


Accountable for the architecture and design of VBTS automation capability to drive cost reduction/simplicity.


Roles include Automation Architects, Engineers & Specialists.
