About the programme
Our Apprenticeship Programme lets you work for one of the most exciting companies in the UK while developing your skills and knowledge with real industry experts. With programmes for those educated to both GCSE and A Level standard, it’s a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career, be paid for your time and earn valuable, real-world experience while you study.
What you can achieve
You’ll spend between 12 – 42 months in a variety of different learning environments whilst you have the chance to achieve a full qualification in your field – from an Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3), a Higher Apprenticeship (Level 4) or BSc Degree in our Technology space.
You’ll shadow experts in a wide range of roles within your specialty. But you won’t just be observing. Whether it’s within the safe learning environment of our training centers or out in the field, you’ll work alongside the very best and learn first-hand how we fulfill our customers’ needs.
Our application process is focused on understanding your potential and determining whether you have the strengths to succeed in a technology apprenticeship at Vodafone. Your candidate experience is at the top of our agenda, so we do all we can to make sure the process is efficient and give you detailed feedback on how you are doing where possible.

• to have lived in the UK and/or EEA for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date
• not undertaking another apprenticeship at the same time

Customer Service & Operations Apprenticeship
Start your career at Vodafone and become a legend for our customers! We’re looking for candidates to become a Customer Service Apprentice to join us and help our customers. Work, learn and earn with Vodafone and we’ll give you the support and career development opportunities that you’d expect from one of the UK’s best known brands on our level 2, 12 month programme.
Made for people who are excited about providing great customer service, want to learn alongside experts and get great opportunities to progress. Based within one of our Retail stores, we’ll make sure you get the mentoring and training that’s right for you to help you achieve your Level 2 apprenticeship (Retailer Apprenticeship Standard) within 12 months. Our Retail Apprenticeship will set you up with the skills and qualifications to go on to become an expert Retail Adviser.

Data Analyst - Level 4 over 24 months
Are you the kind of person who loves detail and analysing what it is telling you? The primary role of a data analyst is to collect, organise and study data to provide business insight. Data analysts are typically involved with managing, cleansing, abstracting and aggregating data. They will document and report the results of data analysis activities making recommendations to improve business performance.
Software Developer - Level 4 over 24 months
Are you logical, methodical and creative? The primary role of a software developer is to build and test simple, high-quality code across front end, logic and database layers. A developer will typically be working as part of a larger team, in which they will have responsibility for different elements of an overall project.
Cyber Security - Level 4 over 24 months
Are you the type of person who likes to investigate suspicious activity or a change to a normal pattern? The primary role of a cyber-security technologist is to apply an understanding of cyber threats, hazards, risks, controls, measures and mitigations to protect organisations systems and people.
Network Engineer - Level 4 over 24 months
Are you methodical, organised and a problem solver? The primary role of the network engineer is to design, install, maintain and support communication networks to maintain high levels of operation in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users. They will understand network configuration and administration, cloud, and monitoring tools, and be able to give technical advice and guidance.
What happens after your apprenticeship?
Towards the end of your Apprenticeship, you will become a fully qualified specialist within your area. If you excel and show us that you have what it takes you will have the opportunity to further progress your career with us.
We offer Advanced, Higher & Degree Apprenticeships Level 2, 3, 4 & 6 and have opportunities across various locations in the UK which include London, Brentford, Bracknell, Newbury & Manchester. Specific locations for each programme and stream are stated upon application.
