Just as you would suspect, our legal teams look after Vodafone's legal estate across the UK and play a big part in ensuring Vodafone’s compliance with recent regulatory laws. Pushing our own agenda, we look to limit regulatory impacts.
Keeping a watchful eye on competition law, our team is responsible for drafting consumer and business contracts, whilst crucially supporting Vodafone with a whole host of legal issues. But it doesn’t end there. Our Supply Chain teams provide commercial support across Vodafone and play a key part in managing the end to end procurement process for UK and Group company contracts.
An adaptive individual, you’ll have the chance to work on high/medium risk acquisition activities across your chosen business area. Oh, and you’ll also cover commercial contractual arrangements. All in a day’s work, eh.

As our Legal Counsel, you will look to advise on a whole range of commercial contracts within your dedicated business area.
A typical day might consist of drafting and negotiating contracts, liaising with external legal advice teams and providing proactive and reactive advice to stakeholders and the wider legal team. You will know how to advise legal solutions and step outside of your comfort zone to continually review new legal developments that may specifically impact Vodafone.

With leadership skills in abundance, a role within our Senior Counsel team could be the perfect fit. Partnering with senior leadership, you will be an expert when it comes to providing timely legal advice on large complex operations. We’re seeking that certain someone who prides themselves on making those important connections, to be able to apply complex legal strategy, and support high value business agreements. You’ll also be able to provide continual learning within the team, on regulatory laws.

Supply Chain Manager
No commercial agreements can happen in our business without Supply Chain agreeing it, so it’s time to get your influencing hat on.
With a varied role on offer, one day you’ll be developing local procurement strategies with our internal stakeholders, and the next? You’ll be managing procurement contracts and suppliers for key projects.
You’ll have the know how to obtain best costs, and apply quality, delivery and supplier pricing to ensure we match business goals. Check you out. Depending on the role, you’ll either be invited to take part in a face-to-face interview or an assessment centre which could involve a presentation tests deemed important to your chosen role. After your face-to-face interview we’ll get back to you with feedback to help with your future career. If you’re successful, we can start the pivotal process of welcoming you to Vodafone.
