Did you know that we’ve developed M-Pesa, the world’s most successful money mobile transfer service? There’s probably a lot of things about us you’re yet to discover. Like our upcoming launch of a range of insanely innovative Internet of Things products. If that doesn’t get your heart pumping, we’re not sure what will. The good news is that our IoT connectivity tech is used in an Automated External Defibrillator which will help!

Our Project Managers are given the chance to develop new product concepts and designs of Vodafone devices. Think you can come up with ideas that are different from what’s out there but also compelling to our customers? Then we’d love to hear from you. This role also offers the opportunity to execute the defined product roadmap across a wide range of devices. We’re after talented individuals who will introduce innovate new features that contribute to the differentiation of converged offers.
Product Marketing Manager
Are you a bit of a marketing guru who knows how to position products within a competitive market? As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for the incredible and wide ranging Vodafone products portfolio. Other tasks you might be given include outlining the roadmap and delivery of different requirements. Your job will also include defining and communicating the overall service strategies whilst keeping your eyes on new industry and consumer trends. Don’t miss out on the chance to take the reins and help support Vodafone’s future product marketing strategy.
You’ll support the creation of Business Cases, Propositions, GTM Plans, demand forecasting models and the critical metrics. The successful candidate will get to collaborate with cross functional teams, like Customer Experience, Finance and Commercial Management for example. In partnership with these core teams, you will strive to continuously test and improve usability to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their products.
Of course you’ll know us best for our mobile offering, but there’s so much more to Vodafone. We also offer WiFi routers, set top boxes, Vodafone TV and data. We sell our own branded mobile devices as well as phones from top global manufacturers.
Our aim is to provide the perfect communications offering to our loyal customers via a fantastic range of products. You could be involved with a selection of our most exciting products if you apply for a role in the Consumer Products & Services team.
We’re after a talented Commercial Manager who will oversee the primary commercial engagement and negotiations between the Group Product team, strategic product partners and Vodafone markets around the world. Could this be you? As our Commercial Manager, you will also be given the opportunity to contribute to the investment strategy for Vodafone TV, making sure that our roadmap maintains a -state-of-the-art product.
Country Delivery Manager
As the Country Delivery Manager, you will be given complete responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of Mpesa products, projects and services within assigned markets. We are looking for an experience delivery manager who has the ability to work directly and efficiently with the markets and other key stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for requirements elicitation and suppliers’ preparation and execution of the Market Delivery Roadmap.

Video or phone interview
Before we invite successful applicants in, we like to have a friendly chat. If you’re deemed a suitable match for the role you’ve applied for, we will arrange to speak to you. This could either be simply over the phone, or via a video interview, depending on which role you’re after.
At this stage in your job application we want to see how you might fit into the team, and most importantly, get to know you a little better. We also use this as an opportunity to consider how we can help develop your future, because your career develop is, and always will be, important to us.
Face-to- face interview
The next step is meeting in person, face-to-face. Our interviews vary depending on the role you’re applying for, you could simply be invited for a standard face-to-face interview, or you might be asked to attend an assessment centre. Yup, you might have to do a presentation or a few tests related to your role.
But don’t fret, it’s just how we make sure you’re the perfect fit and it also gives you the chance to ask any questions and get to know us. At Vodafone, we’re just as invested in your future as you are in ours. It’s a two-way street you know.
It’s crunch time, if you’ve nailed the application, phone call and interview and we deem you suitable for the role, we’ll make you an enticing offer. If you weren’t successful, we’ll provide some handy feedback to help you out in future applications.
Just keep in mind once you’ve got your offer, before you start the process of being welcomed to the team, we’ll need to run some pre-employment screening. All offers are subject to passing these checks.
