The Internet of Things is all about creating a seamless, connected world where simplicity, security and peace of mind go hand in hand. It’s estimated that by 2020 there will be 7.5 billion connected consumer devices globally and that there will be upwards of 50 per home. That’s a mind-blowing concept, but it’s very real, and it’s only natural that a company as innovative as Vodafone will play a huge part in the future of CiOT.

Our Product Managers are responsible for driving product definition. You could be given the chance to make sure that customers are championed throughout the process of IoT product development, and make a difference to the final products that are put in front of consumers. You'll define the requirements and spec for our Vodafone Consumer IoT offerings and initiative constant innovation.
Have you got a thorough understanding of all things IoT and a burning desire to help produce inspiring products that have the wow factor? We want a driven individual who understands the commercial models behind IoT concepts and will be able to support proposition develop, Go To Market planning and ongoing activities.
It’s our Project Managers who lead the ground-breaking Consumer IOT programme. This is a full on role and exciting which involves cutting across multiple channels, products, systems and departments to time and budget scope.
So naturally we’re looking for an extremely well-organised individual and competent project manager to help provide tools and processes to support the overall CIoT programme. You'll also need to adhere to reporting and financial calendars, maintain the validity of information, and track the status of projects to meet deadlines and budget/quality measures.
Are you utterly in awe of all things digital? Then perhaps you’d thrive in our digital team, who are responsible for helping to develop engaging digital offerings to support the global digital implementation of CIoT.
Did you know we’re planning to sell nearly 3 million smart devices into 15 countries through our centralised e-shop over the next 4 years? This is your chance to be a part of something extraordinary. If you join our digital team, you will get be tasked with developing supporting assets including but not limited to the centralised e-shop, as well as access to new platforms, formats and technologies.
And last, but most certainly not least, sales. All great things need talented sales people. We want to shout about our amazing IoT product line and get our message to the masses. Sales is all about driving successful sales penetration of our suite of Consumer IOT products in our Vodafone channels. Think you’re up to the challenge?
If you form part of our sales team, you’ll engage new customers and deliver a winning proposition for customer business cases. Our sales team work alongside Global and National Account Managers to maximise opportunities and to identify smart ways to construct and conclude winning bids.

Video or phone interview
Before we invite successful applicants in, we like to have a friendly chat. If you’re deemed a suitable match for the role you’ve applied for, we will arrange to speak to you. This could either be simply over the phone, or via a video interview, depending on which role you’re after.
At this stage in your job application we want to see how you might fit into the team, and most importantly, get to know you a little better. We also use this as an opportunity to consider how we can help develop your future, because your career develop is, and always will be, important to us.
Face-to- face interview
The next step is meeting in person, face-to-face. Our interviews vary depending on the role you’re applying for, you could simply be invited for a standard face-to-face interview, or you might be asked to attend an assessment centre. Yup, you might have to do a presentation or a few tests related to your role.
But don’t fret, it’s just how we make sure you’re the perfect fit and it also gives you the chance to ask any questions and get to know us. At Vodafone, we’re just as invested in your future as you are in ours. It’s a two-way street you know.
It’s crunch time, if you’ve nailed the application, phone call and interview and we deem you suitable for the role, we’ll make you an enticing offer. If you weren’t successful, we’ll provide some handy feedback to help you out in future applications.
Just keep in mind once you’ve got your offer, before you start the process of being welcomed to the team, we’ll need to run some pre-employment screening. All offers are subject to passing these checks.
