Growing an outstanding brand involves obtaining, and most importantly, keeping customers. That’s where our retention manager comes in. It’s a key role where everyday is a challenge, and as our Retention Manager, your goal is to make sure our field and desk based customers are continually engaged.
If being at the forefront of owning and driving sales sounds like your kind of challenge, then this role will suit you perfectly. You’ll be responsible and accountable for your very own specific UK regional area, reporting to our Senior Training lead. This role offers the chance to drive retention through our sales teams, whipping sales processes into shape and making sure all staff training is top notch. Got a track record as a Business Analyst within relevant markets? This role is fast-paced and requires an individual with first class analytical skills. You'll lead the analysis effort on significant and often market leading projects, for the UK’s most important brands. We’re looking for someone who will take ownership of business analysis [projects and provide analytical and commercial insight to drive innovative solutions.
Does driving customer marketing campaigns to our enterprise customers sound enticing? As our Campaign Specialist, you'll be expected to do your best to maximise customer lifetime value and bring commercial return to Vodafone - which is obviously a crucial role.
If You’ve got what it takes - you’ll get the chance to mix with other teams. You'll be expected to partner with our segment, Go To Market, Brand, Analytics and Campaign Operations teams, so rest assured, there will never be a dull moment.

Commercial Performance Manager
As our Commercial Performance Manager, you'll get to set the commercial priorities within our Commercial Management team as well as drive optimisation of our commercial outcomes. Other daily tasks might involve creating annual plans, target setting and driving trading performance.

Face-to- face interview
The next step is meeting in person, face-to-face. Our interviews vary depending on the role you’re applying for, you could simply be invited for a standard face-to-face interview, or you might be asked to attend an assessment centre. Yup, you might have to do a presentation or a few tests related to your role.
