Our Brand and Marketing teams are on a mission. Their goal is to win over the hearts and minds of our customers. They do this by getting customers to fall in love with our brand and what we stand for. Oh, and demonstrating the benefits of Vodafone products and services of course.

It’s our branding and marketing teams that communicate how we’re different from the rest of the market place. The exception to the rule. Naturally, maintaining our position as a top brand is a core ambition of ours - we’d like you to help us continue to achieve this. 

We’ve sourced the best talent from the marketing and branding world to lead the way in defining our market strategy, proposition design and commercial development. These teams deliver marketing and branding campaigns that are aimed at both our consumer and business customers.

Typical roles

Segment Manager

You’ll work with specific customer segments such as youth, family, women and high value to understand their needs clearly and offer products and services that can make a real impact on their lives at a price point that makes sense. You need to have the courage to really get under the skin of the segment to understand what truly matters to your segment and then be prepared to take risks to make game-changing moves. You’ll be inspired to challenge conventional thinking, learn from what doesn’t work, own project plans and make tough choices to find the right balance for success.

Brand Communications Manager

You’ll shape the future direction and evolution of the Vodafone Brand bringing our brand promise to life in all customer communications. You will lead brand creative excellence across Group and markets achieving ever higher standards and superior brand experiences that really helps us connect with our customers and improve performance in the marketplace. You will be inspirational in encouraging creativity whilst having the courage to challenge activity that may not make sense for our customers.

Customer Value  Manager

You will set the global strategy driving fantastic experiences, amazing offers and extra revenue from existing Vodafone customers. You will lead focused Customer Value Management programmes supporting Vodafone markets with latest insights, developments and best practices. You will be excited by the chance to deliver big sales numbers. You will also be inspired by the chance to act as a thought leader who supports, initiates or challenges initiatives and actions always carefully balancing customer need with commercial requirements and targets

Video or phone interview

If we think you might be a suitable match, we’ll either give you a call or invite you to take part in a video interview, depending on the role you’ve applied for. It’s at this point we really want to get to know you, and see how you could be the perfect addition to the team. We also want to get to know you and how we can help you develop in the future.

Face-to-face interview

The next stage is meeting you in person. Depending on the role, you’ll either be invited to take part in a face-to-face interview or an assessment centre which could involve a presentation or other role-specific tests. It’s important that you get to know us as well. You need to know your future is with Vodafone.

The offer

After your face-to-face interview we’ll get back to you with feedback and, if you’re successful, start the process of welcoming you to Vodafone. Please note – we’ll need to run some pre-employment screening before you join us, and all offers are subject to passing these checks, there is nothing out of the norm here, just references, criminality and financial checks.
