Partner Desk Specialist

Taking things on as your own is what you do best, and so it’s no surprise that this role will offer you the best opportunity to do so. Not only will you own the sales partner programme for UK Enterprise offerings, but you’ll be responsible for the entirety of the order process,

We’re looking for passionate, proactive types, with sales and project delivery experience on tap. We need to see a desire for ongoing engagement with Vodafone sales and project delivery teams. Once your foot has firmly crossed our red line, you’ll focus on driving your career across sales teams to build relations, credibility and trust, reaping the rewards as you go.

Trading Specialist

As a Trading Specialist, you’ll get the opportunity to produce weekly sales and service dashboards and scorecards with a view to support our Partnership & Alliances performance.

When the scorecards have been dealt, it will become clear just how pivotal a sales operation role this is, and you will focus on providing actionable insight for weekly leadership trading meetings. Service Manager

We’re looking for true team players to deliver a high level of service across our product suite, consistently driving best practice.

A typical day in this role will see you providing ITIL aligned Service Management to not only our customers, but valued partners and system integrators across the UK. Up for the challenge? Great, because our aim is to ensure a consistently high delivery of service when it comes to SLA governance and continuous improvement methodologies. Oh and you’ll be able to handle all of this whilst ensuring that all regulatory and contractual requirements are met.

Super switched-on, you’ll enjoy taking on the responsibility for creating a critical interface between Vodafone and our Partners. Service reviews are your bag and this type of engagement will provide our partners with a ‘Vodafone voice’. Pretty integral, right?

Client Sales Specialist

Do field sales float your boat? Do you thrive when it comes to providing exceptional service to a diverse range of our business customers? As part of an outstanding, high-performing team, you will successfully demonstrate differentiation from competitors. How will you carry this out? By driving revenues and margin alongside the acquisition of new business through our Vodafone Way of Selling.

Business Partner Manager

A born collaborator, you’ll work with our key providers; managing partners pipelines, in order to deliver stellar account management, every single day.
