Service & Sales Support desks
Fundamental for customer impression and ongoing relationships, these roles ensure that our business customers receive the best possible customer experience along with quick query resolution, on a global scale.
A multi-channel and multi-lingual team, we’re looking for focused people. Those who can really take initiative and who are capable of on resolving customer queries at the first point of contact; 24hrs a day 7 days a week.
The service desks support detailed on-boarding through to providing that oh so vital interface for customers into Vodafone. A key responsibility? To minimise any customer business impact.
Tackling Cloud based challenges on a Monday morning your thing? Get stuck into our exquisite engineering team.
Alongside providing crucial support of the in-life management of end-to-end performance monitoring, you’ll get to grips with event management systems for Cloud & Hosting infrastructure.
A typical day will involve managing bid processes, driving pricing and sniffing out solutions for contract development. This is one seriously varied role, for a seriously varied individual.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, whilst supporting the in-life contracts of our customers, we’re looking for those who truly understand the customer business and projects to drive mutual financial benefit. It’s also vital that you possess exceptional attention detail, as you’ll be ensuring all contractual elements are being delivered to set standards.
