Working as part of our Enterprise Operations team, you’ll be working with a whole host of brilliant people, all across the world.

Customers are key to Vodafone. And our sales teams help to manage our ‘in-life’ service operations for each and every Vodafone Global business customer. That means taking on the responsibility for an outstanding Customer Service Experience pre and post sales.

First to respond, we are not just any frontline; we are the Vodafone frontline. The Red Line. No customer crosses this until their issue is resolved. Our mission? Simple. ‘To Keep the World’s Businesses connected’.

So, what types of roles can you expect within this dynamic area of our business?

Service & Sales Support desks

Fundamental for customer impression and ongoing relationships, these roles ensure that our business customers receive the best possible customer experience along with quick query resolution, on a global scale.

A multi-channel and multi-lingual team, we’re looking for focused people. Those who can really take initiative and who are capable of on resolving customer queries at the first point of contact; 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

The service desks support detailed on-boarding through to providing that oh so vital interface for customers into Vodafone. A key responsibility? To minimise any customer business impact.


Tackling Cloud based challenges on a Monday morning your thing? Get stuck into our exquisite engineering team.

Alongside providing crucial support of the in-life management of end-to-end performance monitoring, you’ll get to grips with event management systems for Cloud & Hosting infrastructure.

Commercial Managers

A typical day will involve managing bid processes, driving pricing and sniffing out solutions for contract development. This is one seriously varied role, for a seriously varied individual.

A proactive planner? That’s you. Consistency is also your bag, as you’ll be working side by side with the sales teams to manage the governance of our bid strategy. If this sounds like something you’d love to get your management teeth into, find out more today.

Service Management & Commercial.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, whilst supporting the in-life contracts of our customers, we’re looking for those who truly understand the customer business and projects to drive mutual financial benefit. It’s also vital that you possess exceptional attention detail, as you’ll be ensuring all contractual elements are being delivered to set standards. Cape acquired along the way, you will become a hero in terms of ensuring an exceptional service experience

Sales Operations

If you look forward to building and delivering sales performance insight to a sales team, then this could be just the role for you. Working with a focused and driven team to develop strategies, you will work together to enhance the overall sales performance and reporting.

Security Operations

If you want to help our customers build a secure digital future, look no further than our Security Operations team who do just that, protecting our customers throughout their Vodafone journey.

Excellent news. You’ve made it to the next stage - the classic meet and greet. What happens here depends on the role you’ve applied for, so you might need to put together a short Powerpoint to present, or head on down to one our assessment centres, where our team will be ready to help you along your Vodafone journey.

If you’ve been made an offer for which you can’t refuse, this is where we start the process of welcoming you to Vodafone.

Please note – we will need to run some pre-employment screening before you join us, and all offers are subject to passing these checks. But there really is nothing out of the norm here, just references, criminality and financial checks. The usual.
