Meet Sandy - Sales Operations & Support Manager

Over 20 years in and still making a difference on a daily basis.

By Vodafone

I originally started working in the mobile phone industry as a Store Manager in 1996. Since then I have successfully managed many different stores, including multiple stores in the same town before I moved into the Retail Operations and being the field team lead for new store openings.

Since then I have had a number of different roles which have stretched and developed and also delivered some really exciting changes. It’s not all hard work either as it’s also given me the opportunity to win a number of different internal awards and incentives including a trip to Costa Rica.

What I really enjoy about my current role as Operations and Support Manager is just that every day is different. Every day I get to work with different areas of Vodafone and work with many really fantastic people. However, what has really kept me in Retail is when I visit stores I see what a difference some of the changes that I or my team have made and that makes a difference both for our store teams and our customers.
