I have worked with Vodafone for over 7 years now, I have seen so much change but the experiences and development I feel have made me confident and passionate in what I do, whatever that it is.
I first started Vodafone in an entry level role, working within a rapidly changing and growing team. This enabled me to demonstrate my strengths and great managers helped me with my weaknesses. I progressed to team lead role and enjoyed developing myself which included many different manager training sessions in all different forms, you can’t say Vodafone don’t invest in their employees!
After my first maternity leave I returned to work and wanted and needed a new challenge, so I moved to a Service Management role, more training was required and I also gained a new qualification relevant to my new role. For me this role brings great satisfaction and proved to myself that my business head still existed post baby.
So after my second maternity leave I decided to stay with Service Management, it’s a great area to work in with so much variety and diversity in the work from day to day. One of the big drivers for me was that I still get to see our customers face to face.
I have had some amazing experiences from working with Vodafone, and would say if you want to diversify, train and develop yourself it’s all here, some so come and make the most of it.
Hope to see you around some day.
