In this role you will deliver insights to drive greater organisational efficiency and support headcount & employment cost governance globally. Work closely with the HR Heads, HR Business Partner and Finance community to build the budgeting requirements for a Group Function.
With us you will...
-Contribute to developing and delivering the Strategic Workforce Planning process in the organisation
-Drive analytics and automation of key initiatives on Headcount & EC reporting
-Develop the approach and project manage Annual Budget and Organisational Health-check process, including shaping the metrics used to benchmark and analyse the organisation to measure its health and effectiveness (e.g. bands, spans, layers metrics and headcount)
-Execute the annual organisational health-check for a Group Function. This includes; process planning, stakeholder alignment, gathering data insights and analytics, support with building the budget review pack and story line, optimise process and analytics, educates on an ongoing basis the key stakeholders. This deep dive analysis of organisation shape and key organisational metrics assists HR Heads in building the action plan in the following year. Manage the process aligned to Finance
-Provide the HR Leaders and HRBP community continuing support with OE Metrics and Headcount & Employment Cost management
-Grade new roles using Willis Towers Watson grading methodology, roles analysis, role profiles and organisation designs

-Impact and influence – ability to influence senior level managers
-Strong analytical skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong attention to detail is essential
-Strong communication skills – verbal and written – simple style
-Able to maintain a high level of personal credibility and excellent working relationships with senior HR leaders and Finance
-Financial acumen – understanding of how financial management accounting relates to organisational efficiency
-Experience in the field of Organization Effectiveness, Organization Development etc.
-Proficient in MS Excel
-Preferred previous experience with job grading methodology
-Knowledge of Financial KPIs impacting HR Strategy & Governance
-Knowledge of HR/Finance IT Systems
