About the role
A new opportunity has arisen to manage Network customer Consents and Wayleaves for customer orders and Network activity in accordance with in-house governance, wayleave processes and government legislation.  A key element of this role will involve negotiation of terms to achieve delivery of services in a timely manner and within expected delivery dates.

Knowledge of the Communications Act 2003 (as amended by the Digital Economy Act 2017)
Familiarity with Consent and Wayleave documents and legal terminology typically used.
