Who you are:
Digital within Vodafone is going through some big changes. We are transforming our Digital capabilities & are launching new digital experiences for our users. To support this change we are significantly investing in our team and are seeking a UX Research Manager to run our UX research, testing and measurement activities.
Your team:
Working alongside Product Managers, Digital Analysts, UX Designers & Developers you will drive a customer and user centred approach to design, delivering research and insights across all phases of the product design lifecycle from ideation through to launch.
The next challenge for you:
• You will lead on all user research activities for Vodafone Ireland, we use Design Thinking as a methodology to understand what our business problems are & how we can solve them.
• You will undertake qualitative research to understand the needs and behaviors of our core user base. You will lead on lab based & remote user research studies with our customers.
• You will work with our web analyst utilize quantitative research using our core web analytics to develop data led insights & experiments that lead to improved conversion rates.
• You will create and lead on workshops to help our product teams understand how to best optimize their digital journeys.
• You will develop MVP/prototypes, we don’t mind how, it could be a paper prototype or through Invision.
