This is an opportunity for an experienced Jira/Confluence Administrator to work across Agile Transformation Programme.  The successful candidate will be providing both administration and plug-in support to enable our Agile Teams to optimise their use of these products. This is a busy, fast-paced role, which requires excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should be highly organised, delivery focused and able to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of both Confluence and Jira; in addition, they will be able to demonstrate previous experience working with technical teams to optimise their use.


With us you will:
  • JIRA/Confluence set-up and administration
  • Collaborate on upgrades and plugin analysis and installation;
  • Experience setting up of Jira projects for multi-discipline teams - customise workflows, permissions, screens and issues types specific to team requirements
  • Act as Centre of Excellence (COE) for Tools across the Agile CoEs (LPM, ADM, DevOps, QA)

  • Work with a variety of stakeholders across VB and VBPS to leverage best practice in the usage of Portfolio Management and Agile Collaboration Tools  
Apply if you have:  
  • Experience in JIRA/Confluence set-up and administration
  • Experience in managing and collaborating on upgrades and plugin analysis and installation; ensuring instances are healthy and functional
  • Experience setting up of Jira projects for multi-discipline teams - customise workflows, permissions, screens and issues types specific to team requirements
  • Define, manage and communicate best practices, so we have consistent templates and approaches
  • Review and recommend plug-ins that provide enhanced functionality and reporting
