- Research and resolve day to day operation support issues
- Participate in Change, Release and Deployment activities and Transformation plans
- Provide on-call support as and when required
- Responsible for all operational management aspects of incidents
- Continuous engagement with operations and support teams to understand the ongoing risks within the business and address it in timely manner

- Prior work experience in Level 2 Application operation support specifically in TIBCO, Middleware
- Strong knowledge and experience in Application Operations in Telecom domain
- ITIL experience
- Primary Skills: TIBCO Business
- Oracle 12C, SQL, Unix, Linux
- Knowledge of TIBCO Products
