Role Title: TIBCO Middleware Support Specialist


Location: Berkshire


Role Profile:


The TIBCO Middleware specialist is in a client facing role within the Application Operations unit of the organisation. Performing day-to-day Level 2 support activities in Change, Release and deployment for TIBCO, Middleware applications.



Key Accountabilities:

  • Single point of contact for customer, offshore and Onshore team

  • Own day to day operational support issues

  • Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for the applications

  • End-to-end ownership of the incidents, communication between business and support teams

  • Support War room investigation

  • Participate in Change, Release and Deployment activities and Transformation plans

  • Drive process & service improvement Constantly challenge to review methodology to enhance delivery

  • Manage Customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.



Qualifications

Essential experience:

  • Prior work experience in Level 2 Application operation support specifically in TIBCO, Middleware

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Application Operations in Telecom domain

  • ITIL experience

  • Primary Skills: TIBCO Business works (BW), TIBCO Business Events (BE), TIBCO Admin & UNIX


Desirable skills:

  • Oracle 12C, SQL, Unix, Linux

  • Knowledge of TIBCO Products

  • Adapters

Integration/middleware Manager -IM

  • TIBCO Spotfire

  • TIBCO iProcess

  • Enterprise Messaging Service (EMS)

  • General Interface (GI)

  • Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
