What are we looking for?
You'll be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of our application portfolio, toolset, and platform, as well as helping to drive improvements and enhancements.

Our Site Reliability team will be key players in that transformation, ensuring that the performance and availability of our cloud platforms are world class so that our delivery teams and customers always have an exceptional experience.
What will you be responsible for?
Someone with accomplished software engineering skills or someone who is an experienced in cloud platform engineering and who has a passion for building world-class infrastructure and tooling in terms of reliability, scalability, and accessibility. Typically, we look for about a 50/50 balance between platform and software engineering backgrounds.
As a member of the Site Reliability Team will be responsible for ensuring operational availability and performance across the Digital estate including all test and production environments.
You will own, operate and ensure adherence to the Change, Incident and Problem processes within Digital working alongside the wider UK IT Technology Operations teams.
They will be responsible for driving Incident resolution and root cause eradication through our engineering teams.
