Social Media Team Leader


Shift pattern: Monday – Sunday between 8am – 11pm (37.5hrs per week)


We have a fantastic opportunity available to lead the Social Media team!


What will I be doing?


You’ll lead, manage and develop up to 15 Advisors, setting clear and stretching performance goals.


Creating an environment where our employees are motivated and engaged through effective communication and coaching and ultimately ensuring our customers’ queries are resolved swiftly.


Supporting and coaching the team is a big part of the role, so you’ll need to have strong people management experience. Then there’s something a bit more inbuilt - the communication skills and empathy you need to swiftly develop a rapport with anyone, that’s what great leadership is all about.
