Role purpose:

The design and deliver ServiceNow based solutions in the Enterprise IT delivery organisation. To drive and assist the delivery team implementation of ServiceNow, in line with Vodafone strategy, this role covers all aspects of the SDLC for the ServiceNow implementation.

With us you will: 
  • Convert requirements into implementation design, aligned with the standard best practises in terms of genericity and future proofing
  • Assist external delivery team members with their design and implementation, quality check their work
  • Define and mature implementation standards and best practises around ServiceNow implementation and usage
  • Define and deliver tools to accelerate and facilitate ServiceNow management
  • Act as SME on within EIT delivery on ServiceNow design and implementation
  • Lead the ServiceNow implementation design
  • Responsible for the quality and best practises around the micro ServiceNow organisation and implementation.
  • Liaise with projects architect to define the best micro ServiceNow suitable for the requirements.
  • Produce ServiceNow design documentation
Apply if you have: 
  • Experience ServiceNow development, several years of hands on development activities
  • Experience with cloud based development, constraints and requirements.
  • Experienced with Agile delivery methodology, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

  • Experience of working in an off-shore development model and a multi-team delivery.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
