Service Manager - Major Business
Location London/Newbury 
Are you ready to join our UK Enterprise Major Business Service Team?
Joining our Major Business as a Service Manager you will be responsible for the service relationship for one of our largest UK key customers.
Can you?
Be accountable for proactively driving the improvement and development of the service as well as ensuring that contractual obligations are met.
Maintain existing Customer revenue, mitigate any churn events and increase our Net Promoter Score by ensuring our products and services meet and exceed expectations.
Act as the face of Vodafone and managing the customer’s in-life experience. Understand the customer’s business and how Vodafone add value.
Be responsible for driving continuous service improvement and service development. Accountable for increasing customer satisfaction and Net Promotor Scores (NPS)
Act as a trusted advisor or ‘voice of the Customer’ within Vodafone to ensure all internal stakeholders understand the agreed support model.

What’s important to us?
Most importantly you will have vast customer service experience ideally face to face, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will be familiar with ITIL methodology
You will have knowledge of mobile and fixed solutions.
Contractual and commercial awareness demonstrating a reasonable understanding of profit & loss metrics.
