Our network operations teams ensure our customers remain connected to their Vodafone services 24/7, constantly monitoring and enhancing network performance. What will you be doing?
To provide technical support at all levels from Application to Hardware, including networking in order to ensure best possible service availability from our Intelligent Networking and Real Time Rating and Charging domains. Resolve incidents with minimum down time, carry out change to a high standard, out of hours if necessary and partake in a 24 x7 standby rota.
Who are we looking for?
- Good knowledge of Intelligent Networking.
- Good working knowledge of 3rd party suppliers (Nokia & CelFocus) Surepay/GCC/ Fixed-Mobile solution and associated systems.
- Knowledge of UNIX, C7, SIP, SOAP, SQL, LDAP and Diameter signalling systems and protocols.
- Good in Faulting on the above systems and services at all levels from service to hardware. Well-tuned analytical ability, and capable of identifying operational issues during design engagement with Networks.
