We have an exciting opportunity to join our Major Business function within the service management team as a Service Manager.
What will you be doing?
Own the service relationship with our biggest customers, creating and maintaining the right conditions to sell using the sales-service-solution partnership and protecting existing revenue and the Vodafone brand.
Ensuring the service provided is of optimum level, delivering against all pre agreed SLA's and KPI's whilst resolving any queries or issues with our service & constantly looking for service improvements.
Delivering customers contractual service agreements, including service levels & reporting.
Working closely with our sales teams to ensure any potential churn is reduced & any new opportunities grasped.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for enthusiastic & customer focussed individuals, who can be strong Vodafone ambassadors for our large business customers. You will need to have strong stakeholder & relationship management skills, ideally with some service experience. An understanding of our product portfolio would be beneficial, but most key is having the ability to drive internal stakeholders.
You’ll need to be based in or around the London or Newbury areas.
