Service Desk Advocate
Salary: £19,000 + £2,000 annual bonus + excellent benefits
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) Shifts between 7am and 9pm
About the role
Are you customer focused and passionate about delivering the best customer service?
As a Service Desk Advocate in our Enterprise team you’ll be responsible for taking ownership of high-impacting customer incidents as they are raised, making sure that we are using contact points around the wider business and beyond to drive a prompt resolution. Customer service is key in this role as you need to ensure we deliver the very best care to our Business Customers through effective relationship building. You will be responsible for Inbound and outbound call activities as well as responding to any emails as required. Using your refined communication and interpersonal skills you’ll manage customer expectations, and have the ability to manage complex technical queries.
