Service Desk Advisor – Public and Government

Salary: £20,000 + £2,000 annual bonus + excellent benefits

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) Shifts between 7am and 7pm

Using your refined communication and interpersonal skills you’ll manage customer expectations, and have the ability to manage complex technical queries.
