We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Designer to join our innovative Product team in Vodafone UK Business.
In this role you will design the E2E processes for all new products being launched within UK Business.
It is essential you create processes with a simple customer experience in mind, whilst accommodating the complexities of the inner business and looking for continual service improvement opportunities.
This is a great opportunity to work in an influential position on a variety of our market leading portfolio including Mobile, Fixed, Voice, Data, Unified Communications, IOT, Cloud & Hosting Security.
Responsible for landing great professional and support processes that ensure E2E integrity of our products
Ensure that the service and related operational support requirements are fully captured, understood, agreed and communicated
Ensure that Process & Service designs are operable, maintainable, scalable and robust
Ensure that the design is reviewed and accepted by all cross-functional teams
Produce high-quality documentation in all design and implementation activity
Plan product testing and manage issues through to resolution
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate abilities as a design generalist with practical experience in visual design and influencing best practice. Ideally, you will have experience in a service design/Customer experience/Continual Service Improvement role, and have designed E2E processes across complex business units.
You will be familiar with process mapping, improvement, re-engineering and documentation as well as automated operational environments.
Ideally you will have an understanding of Agile, and have an ITIL qualification.
You will be a great negotiator and able to influence managers and key stakeholders.
You must have proven skills at presenting complex problems/solutions in a simple to understand manner. You must have a ‘challenger’ outlook.
