Role Title: Service Design Manager

In joining the Commercial team here at Vodafone Group you will support our people in strengthening our position as an admired company in the eyes of our customers, shareholders and employees! The team is broad; you could be working within Brand, Commercial Management, Consumer Services, Terminals, M-Pesa or Customer Experience Operations. Role purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity to support Vodafone Group, our markets and occasionally partner markets in the practical application of Design thinking through a Service Design methodology. The overall aim being to support teams in creating experiences which truly meeting our customers’ needs and therefore have long term profitability. The Future is exciting. Ready?”

With us you will:
  • Responsible for supporting and guiding various teams in the process of Service Design in order to improve products/services quality
  • Responsible for the facilitation of Service Design projects
  • Required to participate in projects and workshops acting as the subject matter expert for Service Design
  • Support the overall team and Senior manager in the goal of instilling Service Design and Design thinking into everyday working practises within Vodafone
  • Support the Senior manager when required in upskilling teams
Apply if you have:
  • Understanding and experience of the practical application of Design Thinking and or Service Design
  • Experience of facilitation
  • Tenacious and experience of stakeholder management
  • Understanding of customer insights
  • Experience of presenting
