Service Delivery Analyst - Field Systems 
Newbury based

The Field Operations team acts as a centre of excellence to drive the utilisation and efficiency of the Field Engineering Team within TES. This is a small but critical which is responsible for the scheduling of all activity into the Field using Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).

As a Field Systems Specialist you will be responsible for improving, enhancing and optimising the OFSC solution providing data analytics, insight and recommendations to automate as much of the scheduling activity as possible whilst enabling the Field team to be as efficient as possible.

You will also be responsible for Field engineering reporting and analytics, as well as for ad-hoc automation initiatives that may involve the use of other systems.

What’s important to us?


• Solid Excel skills with experience of creating in depth technical reports and presenting them back
• Creative and analytical mind-set
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence
• Knowledge of Work Force Management Systems – experience of configuring Oracle Field Service Cloud or alternative
• Experience working on systems such as Boxi, BNC Remedy & Amdocs Clarify/SOM
