As a Senior OE Manager, you will act as a collaborative and innovative subject matter expert within the Vodafone Business HR Centre of Excellence leading strategic HR projects and programmes of activity. This role will ensure optimum organisation effectiveness and performance across Vodafone business through:
• Design & development of Vodafone Business op model
• Identification and delivery of OE projects in relation to key business opportunities or problems
• Leading agile workforce planning/budgeting process in conjunction with Business Partners & Finance.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Collaborate with the business to develop operating model and organisational designs that align to corporate strategy underpinned by world-class tool kits and frameworks.
Develop operating model to align with corporate strategy, ensuring this is embedded as a visible change tool across the business
Assure the delivery of operating model and organisational designs across Vodafone regions and markets
Lead organisational effectiveness projects to improve the simplicity and effectiveness of Vodafone (e.g. process improvement or behaviour change)
Lead Vodafone Business workforce planning & budgeting cycles
Drive all activity related to headcount management & workforce planning, including managing the annual & monthly processes
Develop world-class toolkits and frameworks for delivering organisational effectiveness
Support the Head of in developing a community of Heads of Local Business HR and OE leads and Regional OE leads
Management consulting experience – significant organisational and change practice experience preferred
Impact and influence – ability to influence senior level managers and directors
Commercial – ability to translate organisational efficiency into business value
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Very strong communication skills – verbal and written – simple style
HR Professional Qualifications desirable but not essential
Significant understanding of org functioning, op models, design thinking and the systemic nature of OE
