In this role you will lead the development of a policy / regulatory strategy for content, assist with consumer regulation, create alignment between Vodafone’s local market activities (across markets and with group centre.

-Supporting our regulatory strategy on content and consumer policy with the following responsibilities:
-Define the strategic and operational policy challenges in relation to current and future Vodafone audio-visual content strategy across the Vodafone footprint
-Support the Head of Services Regulation on European and AMAP consumer policy issues
-Identify and coordinate existing content and consumer practitioners, creating global strategy, and engagement plan for the community
-Closely work with commercial and regulatory teams to provide hands on policy and regulatory support
-Lead Vodafone’s public policy and regulatory position on content and selected consumer regulation at the EU level.
-Supporting our regulatory strategy on consumer, with the following responsibilities
-Shaping EU consumer regulation
-Advance policy thinking on new services
-Support business with regulatory advice on new products and services
-Support local markets in relation to consultations, investigations, best practice and benchmarks

-Significant senior policy / legal expertise in the area of content and consumer regulation
-Very senior advocacy skills, both within a large organisation and externally
-Ability to set strategy
-Ability to build and influence an international community of experts
