What will you be doing?
The Commercial Management team performs a crucial role in supporting the sales and delivery activities across the entire Vodafone UK Business. The team is responsible for all pre-sales bid support and in-life contract management, along with identifying and executing revenue and margin improvement initiatives across existing accounts through dedicated contract managers and a specialist Margin Max team.
As the leader of Commercial Management, you will be a key member of the Commercial Marketing Leadership team. You will be responsible for developing and leading the commercial strategy to retain and grow existing customer accounts, as well as increase the conversion rate of new business acquisition, accountable for striking the right balance between volume and value to hit revenue and margin growth KPIs. You will have exceptional influencing skills and a strong presence that can lead C suite presentations to customers and deliver complete and compelling governance reviews to the executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be driving continual improvement across the department by leading the adoption of data led decision making and automating repetitive tasks to increase response time and create additional capacity within the team.

Who are we looking for?
- Must be an experienced leader within Commercial Management activity
- IACCM certification is preferred
- Considerable commercial practice in a range of pre-sales environments
- Experience of in-life management issues and managing contractual obligations
- Exceptional communication and influencing expertise up to C-suite, internally and externally
- Demonstrable expertise and success in driving business process change across all disciplines
- A clear understanding of complex commercial modelling and the use of data to drive decision making and automation
