Senior Business Transformation Manager

Location: Newbury / London, The Speechmark, Southwark   (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

Salary: Competitive

Hours:   37.5 hours weekly /  Monday-Friday

What will you be doing?


You will be responsible for executing  the business transformational change elements of a diverse, complex, multi-functional business driven transformation programme that impacts the majority of systems, processes and customer facing departments.  

The programmes are constructed of multi-disciplined projects, delivering diverse outputs that sum up to a significant strategic change for Vodafone UK. 

Initially this role will lead strategic elements of the Bingo programme, which is currently in flight.  In the future the role holder will manage and lead similar strategic programmes.

You will be involved in facilitating blue print development and the construction of a series of projects to deliver specific capabilities in a cost effective and benefit driven schedule.

You will regularly direct the delivery of the programme of projects through active sponsorship, leadership and involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements.

You should be comfortable ensuring the Consumer governance process is followed across the multiple projects in the programme and deliver all reviews and reporting and presentations in line with this, all in an agile way.


Who are we looking for?


• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence up to C-level
• Leadership experience and qualities – ability to drive change through influencing key business stakeholders (internal & external). Leadership and motivation of virtual and direct teams
• Great communication skills at all levels.  Ability to work in constantly changing environment
• Ability to translate business vision and strategy into real requirements 
• Experience of working in agile development operating models and demonstrable track record of delivery. SaFE agile certification is a nice to have.
• Ability to translate complex migrations/technical issues into language understandable by the business
• Relevant degree in business, digital or technology discipline or equivalent experience
