Scrum Master – Digital Transformation
We have an exciting high profile role for a Scrum Master to join our new Digital Transformation team in Product Transformation.
The digital transformation team is focused on streamlining and simplifying processes to enable end to end automation and seamless digital journeys for our internal and external customers.
In this role you will be developing and leading high-performing, multi-discipline feature teams to create a digital offering for our SME desk.
This role focuses on key principles of simplification, standardisation and a Digital First approach, ensuring we deliver against an Agile transformation plan.
Challenging and improving the operation of the team, driving their performance and capability to succeed.
Embedding operating models that value ownership, responsiveness, predictability and transparency.
Mentoring and executing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices, embedding behaviours and principles driving a model of continuous delivery.
Ensuring the path is clear for your team, removing blockers, facilitating discussions, enabling seamless communications and working with the Product Owner to clarify the product backlog ahead.
Ensuring your teams drive their deliveries with quality, innovation and automation at the heart.
You will be either an experienced Scrum Master or a Business Project Manager with Agile experience who is a highly collaborative & a strong communicator with the ability to influence all levels, including senior Management.
You will either have a Scrum Master Certification or experience of agile using scaled methodology eg. SAFe.
