About Business Transformation:


Our Business Transformation Team lead and deliver exciting programmes and projects that span the Vodafone Group business. We are now seeking a Scrum Master to lead and support the delivery of the highest profile business change programmes in Vodafone Group enabling and delivering our digital agenda in an Agile environment.

You will be someone with exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to bring stakeholder groups along with you on the journey. Responsible for keeping a pulse on needs and insights from stakeholders and other initiatives, regularly communicating status, changes in direction, and relevant metrics to avoid misalignment and roadblocks,  whilst contributing to the on-going development of our Agile skillset within Business Transformation.


Accountabilities & Objectives of the Role 

  • Support the Product Owner during creation of User Stories, aligning priorities, and planning sprint iterations 
  • Coach team members on agile methods and technical practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking.) 
  • Track and manage risks and issues of the delivery team 
  • Track and report on current status of all team members and the delivery 
  • Facilitating key agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives 
  • Monitor and optimise agile processes and practices 
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and team learning 
  • Coordinate with other delivery teams, stakeholders, and partners to manage risks, interdependencies and impediments to the team 
  • Contribute to a growing community of scrum masters and agile coaches that are at the heart of transforming Vodafone into a Digital, agile organisation 

 Knowledge & Experience you will demonstrate and develop 

  • Accreditation and experience of agile using a scaled methodology, e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, LSD, and FDD 
  • Experience in Agile ceremonies, tools, and artefacts e.g. retrospectives, demos, increment planning, information radiators 
  • Continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies and tools 
  • DevOps culture, processes, and tools
