Our Team:

Vodafone Business Sales Operations is a pivotal business function which sits within Vodafone Business Commercial Operations. Its mission is to maximise sales impact through intelligence and zero touch operations. Sales Operations does this successfully by organising its teams under functional pillars. We start by understanding our sales strategy and how Vodafone need to differentiate to compete and win. We then implement the tools and platforms which align to delivering the strategy, allowing us to capture the right data, which is tracked and digitally published to enable the insights. Tracking this allows us to know what to pay our teams through our world class commissions scheme. All of this is delivered via regional sales operations business partnering through our ‘frontline’ teams.


Central Programmes Team supports the Sales Operations mission and cuts across the functional groups and teams both internally within Sales Operations and externally across Enterprise to deliver four key outcomes; 1) Cross-functional transformation 2) Centralised co-ordination and communication 3) VB Commissions Governance and 4) Frontline Specialist Operations across Lines of Business.


In this role you will be responsible to design, document, roll out and track Vodafone Business’ Commission Scheme and facilitate an integrated and consistent approach across all our sales channels.

 

In order to do this, you will be expected to engage with different business stakeholders such as Sales, HR, Finance and Sales Operations (not exhaustive), to make sure the scheme is fit and aligned to achieve Group Enterprise’s business goals and strategy.

 
 
With us, you will:
  • Take the overall and high level changes agreed as part of the yearly commissions strategy and own the implementation of these into the scheme documentation and design and terms and conditions.
  • Provision and manage the various plan types within the scheme and implement an effective process for reviewing the success of each plan.
  • Expedite the design of Commission Plan(s) that incentivise the achievement Vodafone Business Strategy
  • Documentation of plan(s) and Terms and Conditions
  • Rolling out the Commission Plan(s) across all sales channels including training and communications
  • Manage a single source of truth for headcount on the Vodafone Business Global Commissions Scheme and track starters/leavers/movers via leveraging the various reports which exist in the functions
  • Run the governance framework for Commissions in Vodafone Business which includes the Commissions Review Board, scheduling, format, process and analysis.
  • Work closely with Finance Operations, Reward and HR to ensure the right controls are in place to support the effective adherence and administration of the Commissions Plan(s)
  • Support the timely production of Performance Reporting to Vodafone Business
  • Strong alliance and partnership with Finance Operations to ensure continued operational excellence across commissions processing and governance
