As our Sales Manager for the Finance Vertical you will be an innovative and successful senior sales person who can act as an inspiring leader to a high performing of individual contributors. You’ll be able to draw on your experience operating at a global level with a range of multinational corporations and your experience partnering with C level leaders, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
Be an inspiring leader who has enjoyed significant success in transforming sales teams.
Have a solid track record of delivering significant growth and profit through the development of innovative solutions.
Attract, develops and retains the best individuals, inspiring vision, passion and a culture of winning and creating driven teams.
A strong focus on the customer: extremely effective in understanding and executing go-to-market models with an excellent track record in delivering results.
Experienced in most aspects of organizational development including transformation and change management in both large and small organizations.
Implemented strong sales discipline, forecast, reporting, and account planning.
Turned around business performance and achieved budget/growth.
Track record of creating a team of high performing Global Account Directors.
Managed significant P&L budgets of up to $200M and revenue targets of $1bn.
Created a customer-led sales culture
