As an Enablement Manager, within the Capability & Experience team in Digital Transformation you will support the squad with driving an operational change in how our sales people are enabled and ready to sell.  Looking at how we drive a change in sales capability and the overall learning experience. 

 

You will be lead and own key capability programmes into Group Business, LOBs and our global markets sales functions.  You will enjoy working in a consultative manner with people from a variety of cultures, bring creative thinking to your objectives by challenging the norm and working a collaborative way to influence and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

 

Working directly with internal stakeholders such as Sales Leads, Portfolio Owners, Product Development, and marketing to manage and co-create the relevant materials on sales capability and tools that will enable sales teams to be successful in their role. 

 

You will also be forensic on data analytics to measure business impact.  Lead and own data and analytics activity to understand the drivers of the activities we execute in sales enablement and, draw insights and correlation from data we have collected as a team and be consistently thinking about measurement.  You will be have led trials/deployments of new technology, to bring your experience to how we can digitally transform Sales Enablement overall with our global sales community.

 
  • Be responsible for development of Sales Enablement related projects, including tools and techniques,to enable sales teams to successfully engage with their customers in a business outcome way

  • Responsible for data and analytics activities to understand the business impact of the overall activities we execute in sales enablement

  • Adopt an Agile working style – build, test & learn approach to every activity and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure market and customer alignment

  • Be accountable for the quality of all of our sales capability and enablement activities

  • Support the Sales Enablement Teams in forming our strategy using data and insight from our capability activity.

  • Engage independently with Op-Co markets to promote our Sales Capability assessment
