Sales Advisor - Business Customers - Stoke-on-Trent
Salary £17,500 + £960 per month OTE
(Outbound Sales) Monday – Thursday 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 12:30pm.
(Inbound Retention) Monday - Friday between 8am - 8pm.
37.5 hours per week - no weekends!

About the role
Are you target driven? We’re looking for brilliant Small Business Outbound Sales and Inbound Retention Advisors - to give an exceptional experience to our business customers - handling all sorts of queries from potential business customers wanting to buy our products.
You’ll have the drive and ambition to meet your targets by having the ability to ask the right questions ensuring our customers choose the right product for them. Then there’s something a bit more inbuilt - the communication skills and empathy needed to swiftly develop a rapport with any customer.
