Retail Technical Expert - Southampton West Quay

£20,100 pa plus monthly performance-related bonus and great benefits

Being a Technical expert for Vodafone isn’t about burying yourself in hardware issues, it’s about connecting our customers to the world as it grows changes and gets shaped by technology.

What will I be doing?

You’ll play a key part in the store management team with responsibility for the effective day to day running of the store. Whether you’re training a new team member, helping out on the floor in the lunchtime rush, cashing up, or discussing how to keep customer satisfaction levels sky high at a team meeting, you’ll keep things constantly improving.

Another key element of this role is being able to support and educate our customers around using their devices, assisting with technical queries, diagnosing and organising repair of faulty devices.

Who are we looking for?

You’re fascinated by technology and helping people. You know your way round every function on your phone. (And the phones of half of your friends, and family who come to you for advice when they are stuck.). You’ll have had some experience of supervising others but, as important, you’ll be level headed, have a mature mind set, combined with an enthusiasm, energy and drive that is going to motivate those around you.
