SORRY, THIS VACANCY HAS NOW EXPIRED

Vodafone Technical Expert in our Leeds White Rose Partner Store - With the launch of 5G and our unlimited data plans, there has never been a better time to join Vodafone's award winning team! We want out-going and confident individuals who can bring their exceptional skills to Leeds White Rose, providing a great customer experience and to help us bring people together around great technology…

Joining one of Vodafone’s Partner Stores is more than a job, what we do matters. We don’t just carry minutes, texts and data – we carry people’s lives. And that’s a huge responsibility. If you think for a minute about the people you rely on…the likelihood is they rely on us

Is this role for me?
It’s a very varied role. We’re looking for someone who is great with people and also loves technology.

You’ll play a key part in the store management team with responsibility for the effective day to day running of the store. Whether you’re training a new team member, helping out on the floor in the lunchtime rush, cashing up, or discussing how to keep customer satisfaction levels sky high at a team meeting, you’ll keep things constantly improving.

You’ll support in leading and coaching the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to exceed store performance measures.

Another key element of this role is being able to support and educate our customers around using their devices, assisting with technical queries, diagnosing and organising repair of faulty devices. It’s as much about understanding the customer’s needs, as it is about understanding the technology.

Who are we looking for?
You’re fascinated by technology and helping. You know your way round every function on your phone. (And the phones of half of your friends, and family who come to you for advice when they are stuck.).
You’ll have had some experience of supervising others but, as important, you’ll be level headed, have a mature mind set, combined with an enthusiasm, energy and drive that is going to motivate those around you.
And what’s it like to work here? We have created an environment where you can look forward to coming to work and are empowered to be at your best. We offer opportunities to help you grow and progress throughout your career and a fantastic benefits package.

We think the future is exciting; it’s time to own it and apply.
