Is this role for me?


We are looking for a business minded individual, who is a natural leader and lives and breathes sales and all things technical. You will have ultimate responsibility for all KPIs and store performance, ensuring that your team are constantly motivated to promote the Vodafone way of life and values.


What will I be doing?


A career in Vodafone store management will enable you to drive the performance in your store, ensuring that you are at the forefront of maximising sales, meeting KPIs and targets, and making your team be a part of that journey with you.


Having the initiative to see possible areas of change is crucial, whether you’re training a new team member, helping out on the floor in the lunchtime rush, cashing up, or discussing how to keep customer satisfaction levels sky high at a team meeting, you’ll keep things constantly improving and evolving. You will lead by example, and also support your team to reach their potential and represent our band, ensuring that customer service is at the forefront at all times.


Who are we looking for?


• Experience in driving yourself and others to meet targets and KPIs.

• Ability to coach, mentor and develop others.

• Previous experience in leading a team.

• Awareness of following processes.

• Great understanding of customer service levels.

• Commercial awareness of your local area and competitors.
