What will I be doing?
You will be working within a team of passionate and enthusiastic Retail Advisers to engage and delight the customers. Keeping up to date with all the latest in products and offers, you will take ownership over the role and be the first and last person the customer needs to speak to. You will be delivering your sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure every customers’ expectations are met. You will be providing unmatched technical support to tailoring bespoke packages to meet the individual needs of our business customers, you will be constantly challenging yourself to outperform the day before.
