Retail Adviser – Bradford Petergate Mall – 28hrs per week

£13,832 per year plus competitive monthly bonus and excellent benefits

You will need to be available to work weekends, as well as a minimum of three week days (some days until 7pm or 8pm)

What will I be doing?

We are seeking a driven and sales oriented Retail Adviser to join our growing team in our Vodafone Bradford Petergate Mall store. In this role, you will interact directly with customers in the store, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company

Who are we looking for?

  • Solid sales or customer service experience preferred, but more importantly you’ll have great people skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion techniques
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • A mature mind-set, combined with an enthusiasm, energy and drive.
  • Able to commit to weekend work and 3 days over the week.
