£9,880 per year (plus a generous bonus)
Is this role for me?
We are looking for someone to join our team on a 20 hour per week contract. Primary hours need to be across Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday but we can consider hours outside of this (although the weekend is essential) Please note, this is a permanent role and as such we need you to be available to work in Guildford long term.
Do you enjoy talking to and engaging with different people, every day of the week? About the Store…
Our Guildford Store is set in the on the high street and as such, enjoys a high customer footfall and plenty of opportunities for making sales and hitting targets.
We are looking for someone who is professional, driven and enjoys having a lot of fun at work. We want someone that will bring energy and enthusiasm, is competitive (in a healthy way) and is driven to make money. You will need to be confident enough to approach every customer and strike up a conversation with them. We are a friendly, welcoming and supportive team, we like to have fun and are always happy to go the extra mile to help each other out.

What will I be doing?
In this role, you will interact directly with customers in the store, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company. You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then. Our goal is to be the number 1 store in the region and if you think you're the person to help us get there we would love to hear from you.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are level headed, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. It can be a challenging role and you’ll need to be able to commit to some weekend work as well as week days, but for the right person, it’s an amazing opportunity to work for one of the UK’s most valuable brands.
Sales experience is preferred but not necessary, the desire to succeed and do well is!
