What will I be doing?

You will be working within a team of passionate and enthusiastic Retail Advisers to engage and delight the customers. Keeping up to date with all the latest in products and offers, you will take ownership over the role and be the first and last person the customer needs to speak to. You will be delivering your sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure every customers’ expectations are met. The Retail Adviser role is just the beginning, from providing unmatched technical support to tailoring bespoke packages to meet the individual needs of our business customers, you will be constantly challenging yourself to outperform the day before.

Who are we looking for?

We have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team working in the Boston store, with the possibility of also working in the newly opened Spalding store. You’ll be joining a franchise company whose priorities are delivering the most exceptional customer service, building great relationships with the local community and achieving commercial performance.
We’re looking for someone who wants a challenging role, are driven to overachieve on sales targets, love to grow their customer base through incredible service and have a great personality.
You’ll need to be able to commit to working weekends as these are our busiest days, plus be flexible within the week. With Boston’s multicultural local communities, our customers are diverse making additional spoken languages a plus but not an essential requirement of the role.
