What will I be doing?
You will be interacting directly with the customers, striking up friendly conversations with the aim of identifying any requirements that we can help with. You will need to be confident enough to approach every customer that comes in, friendly enough to have an engaging conversation with the customers and savvy enough to recognise any needs that the customer may have that we can offer a solution for.
You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then, always going the extra mile to provide the best possible customer experience.
