What will you be doing?
The Propositions Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the proposition and product strategy. The products that fall within this remit are our SIMO and Handset range, and the key ‘core’ differentiator services such as Unimited, 5G and Entertaiment – which in essence form our core propositions. This will include defining key customer and market insights, target market audiences, proposition strategy and execution plans, performance targets (operational and commercial) and overall customer experience requirements.
The Propositions Specialist will be part of a team of proposition managers who all work under a common set of customer orientated goals. They will have direct access to a digital development squad, who will be ready to support any front end changes that complement their roadmap. They will be expected to bring a wealth of ideas to help drive our digital transformation – something that sits at the heart of the Tribe itself. They will also have access to a wider matrix team, to deliver the overall strategy for the portfolio area. Adopting the principles of Agile, the role holder is also expected to focus on things that make the biggest and fastest difference to the customer, and help us win in the market place.
Who are we looking for?
• A foundation understanding of the Pay Monthly market, including working within a proposition and/or product role directly related to this market
• Great influencing skills, and a proven track record in driving business results where your personal impact can be seen
• Track record of insight-led product or proposition development or business process change, where you put the customer at the heart of the change. This can be across an acquisition and/or in-life management point of view
• Experience building and managing collaborative plans which depend on multiple adjacent teams to be successful e.g. Brand, marketing, base management, retention, sales, digital etc.
