Job title: Propositions Manager
As Proposition Manager for the fixed portfolio, you will fully own elements of the fixed propositions and be responsible for setting the strategy, working across the business to understand future product developments, develop and own the new product business case, defining financial targets and performance metrics whilst driving sales engagement.
You will be expected to lead the execution of key marketing activities across the marketing mix and utilise your experience as a marketing professional to create best in class proposition campaigns, sales collateral and customer case studies. You will be a senior member of this team and will provide guidance and coaching to other members of the team that will work with you on particular activities.
• Developing and planning fixed proposition strategy and objectives (identifying target markets, target setting, performance management)
• Creating communications calendar and campaigns for the fixed portfolio working closely with other marketing colleagues to ensure cascade of messaging to customers across all categories. Managing relationships with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Brand & Product leads to ensure that launches are aligned, marketing funds are spent effectively and sales are achieving commercial objectives with regular updates.
• Delivering customer insight to support the development of future propositions
• Managing senior stakeholder relationships including preparing communications for EXCO and GMT updates
• Working closely with Product Managers and GTM Managers to bring new capability to market with full end to end launch campaigns
• Working closely with the direct and in-direct channel marketing leads to produce marketing activity

We need this person ideally to be experienced in fixed line propositions and next generation voice and access technologies to help make transition smooth and maintain a fast paced environment! Commercial understanding is a huge must at this will with ability to deduce KPI’s. You will be delivering end-to-end strategy, plan and business cases, also new propositions including launch and marketing campaign, so having done this before is what we need!
