Working in the broader Pay Monthly tribe, this role will lead the Extras and Additional Services squad which includes our Roaming products and services, our International text and calling propositions, as well as our complete portfolio of Extras including data extras, our Insurance products, and our Spend Manager and My account controls services.
This squad will be responsible for owning and driving the strategy to deepen value and penetration of extra services throughout the base, leveraging both existing product sets and generating new revenue streams, to create long-term sustainable growth.
As a Propositions Lead, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, programmes of activity and delivery of these activities across the portfolio. You will take ownership for the P&L and NPS metrics that sit within the area and will lead a team of Proposition managers to create best in class propositions that are competitive, enriching and executed flawlessly at every touchpoint, ultimately delivering on commercial and CX objectives. You will also lead the strategic customer plan to transform the ease at which customers can purchase all additional services and extras, leveraging digital and base marketing channels, and to create innovative prop solutions to solve for all customer pain points.
The Proposition Lead also directly owns our new and growing Watches, OneNumber and eSIM portfolio, as well as owning the full suite of discount schemes we run across PAYM to drive multi-line sales.
You will be solely responsible for the full workstack prioritisation of commercial and analytic resource which sits in the squad (but also supports the broader PAYM team), in order to manage commercial performance of the portfolio and provide deep customer insight to input into proposition strategies and optimisations
