This role encompasses the worldwide accountability for the Technical operational Mailbox Service Ownership in Vodafone. This includes ensuring geo-resilient service availability and superior operational performance of the mission critical mailbox platform whilst assuring Security and Privacy compliance.
This role contributes to boost World Class employees productivity and preserve Vodafone Brand reputation across all 25+ Vodafone ’s Local Markets and Group entities.
Microsoft Certified (such as MCSE: Cloud Platform/ MCSE: Exchange)
ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent experience, and experience working in Agile delivery frameworks.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Over 10 years of Technical Experience working with Messaging environments in large international organizations with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
Strong knowledge and demonstrated technical experience in projects and ITIL operations around the Messaging ecosystem (e.g. Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Network, Microsoft servers administration, Microsoft Active Directory, Cloud Services, Security capabilities such as email hygiene, Data Loss Prevention, … )
Drive and Applied Thinking skills are key for the role to drive Operational Excellence.
Strong communication and presentation skills across functional and cultural boundaries
Ability to engage, inspire and negotiate with stakeholders across Vodafone technology and business units as well as Vodafone Partners and Vendors.
